What Happened With The Writ Of Mandamus?

The Writ was handed to the Chief Justices Associate. It was read by Chief Justice French and several of the Writs were returned with a letter by the High Court Registrar. Others will comment on the details at a later date.

Specific details on the Writ will be posted by Wayne after consultation with others. Paperwork will be scanned and uploaded. Other activities to look forward to will be Wayne doing a weekly radio type show via Skype where people can "conference call" and ask questions of Wayne directly or send written messages via Skypes instant message service. This will be handled by Graham Lennard. Also to be organised is for Wayne (and others) to do a monthly get together/seminar here in Perth.

Graham and Elaine took a trip up to Geraldton to see Wayne on a few pressing matters and discuss a few strategies. Graham interviewed Wayne back in Mid December over the Writ and other aspects of the Constitution. It's now time for people involved directly and indirectly in these matters to begin grass roots organizing to inform their fellow Australians that they indeed have a Constitution and they might like to begin learning how to use it to reclaim their Sovereignty and basic human rights.

A You Tube account of Waynes taking advantage of the huge social networking aspect of that video hosting site will be up shortly. A full break down of individual Constitutional questions will be uploaded that are easy to find and watch - not to long - 5 to 10 minutes each.
